About

Kryxana 200mg Tablet is an oral targeted therapy classified as a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor. It contains ribociclib succinate, equivalent to 200 mg of ribociclib per tablet. This medication is mainly prescribed for adults with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, in both advanced/metastatic and early-stage high-risk cases. It works by inhibiting cancer cell division, thereby helping to slow disease progression or reduce the risk of recurrence.

Consult a specialist in oncology before starting treatment. Do not take Kryxana if you are allergic to ribociclib, peanuts, soya, or any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have any heart conditions (particularly those affecting the QT interval), or if you suffer from liver or kidney problems. Routine monitoring of blood counts, liver function, and heart activity (ECG) is necessary throughout treatment. This medication should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Effective birth control is required during therapy and for at least three weeks after the final dose.
